Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your Atlas Botanics purchase for any reason, you're entitled to a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

Eligibility

Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies to all Atlas Botanics products purchased directly through our website atlasbotanics.com. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The return request must be initiated within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return. We encourage you to try our products — you don't need to return unused product to qualify for a refund.
  • The refund applies to the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are refundable for standard shipping; express and international shipping surcharges are non-refundable.
  • Subscription orders are eligible under the same 90-day guarantee, calculated from the date of each individual shipment.
  • Products purchased through authorized third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Our Support Team

Email us at support@atlasbotanics.com with your order number, the email address associated with your order, and the reason for your return. Our team responds within 24 hours on business days.

Receive Your Return Authorization

We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label via email. For orders under $50, we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.

Ship Your Return

Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging if available, include your RMA number inside the package, and attach the prepaid return label. Drop off the package at any USPS location or schedule a free pickup through usps.com.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Conditions and Exclusions

  • Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no cost and arrange for the return of the damaged item, or issue a full refund — your choice.
  • Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.
  • Gift purchases:If the product was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit to the gift recipient.
  • Promotional and bundled items: If a product was purchased as part of a promotional bundle or with a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual price paid, not the full retail price.
  • Multiple claims: Our guarantee is designed for customers trying our products in good faith. We reserve the right to limit refunds for customers who repeatedly purchase and return products.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your product for a different Atlas Botanics product rather than receiving a refund, we are happy to accommodate that. Contact our support team and we will ship your replacement product as soon as your return is in transit — no need to wait for us to receive it. Exchanges are processed free of charge, and if there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents future charges. For the most recent shipment, you are still eligible for a refund under our 90-day guarantee if you are not satisfied.

If you cancel within the first 48 hours of a subscription renewal charge, and your order has not yet shipped, we will issue an automatic full refund. After 48 hours, the standard return process applies.
